Coached and consulted on three end-to-end process re-design projects involving the enterprise strategic portfolio, corporate finance and BSC’s project lifecycle.
PURPOSE: Streamline and standardize processes, eliminate waste, including errors, duplication, and re-work. Reduce cycle time and improve quality and reliability of forecasts.
ACTIVITIES: Facilitate workshops engaging the Core Team in discovery, planning and lessons learned, teaching, and demonstrating various Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management principles.
OUTCOMES: Processes were streamlined, non-value-added activities were reduced by 50%, forecasts were more accurate and timelier. This better-informed strategic investment decisions and lowered operating costs.
