Jessica has served as the Principal and Founder of Hanserd Health Solutions since 2009. She has spent her career collaborating across disciplines, departments, organizations, and industry sectors to reimagine and transform care systems. She has supported dozens of innovation and improvement initiatives with major health care systems and payors in California.

As a savvy change leader she knows how to tap into experts, pool ideas and insights, facilitate collaboration, build momentum, and implement changes that realize and sustain benefits. Jessica excels at:
