Betsy is the President of The Sonnet Group and is a frequent collaborator and strategic partner with Hanserd Health Solutions.

Betsy has 30+ years of experience in consulting services and performing senior leadership roles in healthcare systems and organizations across all segments of the medical management continuum. Betsy has held numerous C-suite positions, including CEO and COO.

Betsy frequently participates in healthcare legislative initiatives at the state and federal levels. In addition, she has served as a principal investigator for care innovation projects and is a national thought leader in developing scalable, replicable, and sustainable programs.

Underlying Betsy's work as a professional coach is a passion for elevating a sense of 'whole being' within her clients' personal and professional lives. This passion manifests itself in her commitment to continued learning. Betsy is credentialed with the International Coaching Foundation as an executive coach to more positively impact her clients' lives.

Betsy holds an MS in Health Systems Management from Rush University and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. In addition, Betsy is a Lean-trained executive.
